'Artek' comic

Some pages from a comic I worked on several years ago, called 'Artek' and loosely based on Samantha Smith's 1983 visit to the USSR. It was my first ever attempt at creating a comic, and I used this project as a tool to learn and play around and to discover how I would go about telling a story in the medium. At this stage I was more interested in experimenting with the layouts and composition than I was with the colour, tone or texture in the comic.
